But people don’t need to stress as they can get their neck into shape and lose the double chin by continuous exercise and proper diet, and it is vital to maintain an appropriate posture so that their problem doesn’t aggravate. Causes of neck fat:

A plethora of factors cause a build-up of fat around one’s neck but having a proper understanding of these factors helps one find ways to reduce the fat around their neck. One needs to know that age plays a crucial role in their looks as their once tight, glowing skin starts losing elasticity as they begin aging, and it causes their skin to look saggy, looking like a double chin.

There is a good chance that one would have a double chin if they have a history of double chin or skin with little elasticity in their household.  Besides being a contributing factor, obesity may not have a direct impact on the fat around one’s neck.  Lastly, posture plays a crucial role for the muscles in one’s body and if they fail to maintain the muscles in their body. If they fail to correct their posture, the skin surrounding the neck and chin starts losing elasticity over time and resulting in a double chin.

One can sit with their spine erect on a low back chair and hold their neck facing the ceiling.

If one is going to tone their cheek and chin muscles effectively, then a fish face is their best bet. It stretches their cheek muscles, significantly reducing flabbiness in the neck area.

3. Chewing gum
